G3 qualified
Unvented hot water systems store water at mains pressure and need the G3 qualification to install and service safely. Omar Heating Group holds it.
What we do
Install and replace unvented cylinders, service them, test the safety valves and expansion vessel, and repair faults such as loss of pressure, discharge from the tundish and no hot water.
Why servicing matters
The safety devices on an unvented cylinder need checking every year. It's also usually a condition of the manufacturer's warranty.

Is my cylinder unvented?
If you have no cold water tank in the loft and strong hot water pressure, it may be. Send us a photo of the cylinder and we'll confirm.
Water keeps dripping from a pipe outside.
That can be the safety discharge working. Don't block it. Contact us and we'll look at it.
